The CAC Communities of Practice program is a network of small groups of clergy who meet monthly for support, growth, and relationship building. Many who participate in this program find it to be life-giving, especially in the post-pandemic struggle of pastoring.
As this program celebrates its fifth year in October, we are excited to announce the return of many of our existing groups and the possibility of additional groups as need arises. As always we strive to be relevant to clergy of the conference as well as provide the kinds of connections and innovative experiences that clergy need as we navigate the waters of ministerial engagement. If you are not in a community of practice we invite you to consider joining. We have trained facilitators in each of our Associations and we also have specialty groups.
The Community of Practice program consists of intentionally facilitated clergy community groups that strive to build, through our core values, strong fellowship between the participants, enhanced learning, provide an opportunity for growth, promote unity and consistency for clergy, reflection, and worship for enhancing whole-person health for clergy.
